Lowell Dye is a senior consultant with Management Concepts. He has over 30 years’ experience in project, program, and portfolio management including training, consulting, and implementation in a variety of commercial and government organizations. He is the coeditor of Project Portfolio Management: Selecting and Prioritizing Projects for Competitive Advantage and Managing Multiple Projects: Scheduling and Resource Allocation for Competitive Advantage, as well as author of several published articles and a frequent speaker on project and portfolio management. Lowell holds a BS from Excelsior College and an MS in operations management from the University of Arkansas. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner.
