Organizations have long acknowledged that requirements management best practices are critical to project success. However, many have been slow to change due to misconceptions or engrained beliefs about the role of requirements in the project management life cycle.
This seminar introduces the requirements management process and provides a practical implementation approach to ensure successful project deliver through a review of Needs Assessments, Requirements Planning, Elicitation and Analysis, Traceability and Monitoring, and Solution Evaluation.
