Seminar Pricing

Fees include tuition, seminar materials, certificate of completion, continental breakfast, and lunch. Government employees will be eligible for special discounted government rates available in 2018. Employees must register online and indicate the registration as Government. Registrants will be asked to provide their government ID onsite. If attendee does not provide government ID, they will be charged the regular pricing fee.

Any organization registering a group of at least 3 individuals to a specific SeminarsWorld® location is eligible to send one additional registrant to a seminar at the same location at no cost.Group discounts apply to the same SeminarsWorld session and location at the same pricing. The maximum number that any organization can receive is three complimentary registrations (one for every 3 registrants up to 9). This offer does not include travel or hotel expenses. Groups can be registered online and will indicate group registration and the option to “Register Another” via their registration dashboard. 

Discounts are available for paid-in-full registrations only, and cannot be combined with any other discount(s). Complimentary registration must be requested at the time of enrollment and cannot be applied retroactively. Complimentary registration will be on the lowest-priced seminar.
 
Buy 3 get 1 free does not apply for seminars booked in conjunction with PMI® Global Conference or PMI® EMEA Congress. For those events, the 10% discount applies for groups of 10 or more from the same company.
PMI Cancellation Policy: If PMI cancels a seminar for any reason, they assume no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets or other travel costs. PMI will make every effort to immediately notify registrants of a cancellation. PMI reserves the right to cancel any seminar that has insufficient enrollment. 
 
Attendee Cancellations/Refunds:
  • Up to 2 weeks before the seminar: Full refunds, less US$50 processing fee per registrant, will be granted to cancellations received in writing up to two weeks before the first day of the seminar. 
  • Between 2 weeks and 48 hours before the seminar: Cancellations received less than two weeks before and 48 hours prior to the first day of the seminar are subject to a (US) $50 service charge, plus a US$50 processing fee. 
  • Less than 48 hours before the seminar and no-shows: Refunds/cancellations will not be given if cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the first day of your registered seminar, including no shows, as PMI has made financial commitments based on your attending the event. Attendees who do not attend a seminar and don’t give notice or request to cancel are not eligible for refunds. 
 
Attendee Substitutions and Changes:
  • Seminar Changes: There will be a US$50 transfer fee if seminar transfers are received up to two weeks prior to your original registered seminar. After two weeks, a US$50 transfer fee plus a US$50 per seminar day fee will apply. No transfers will be accepted after the first day of your original registered seminar. 
  • Registration transfers will only be available in the same calendar year as original registered seminar.
  • Transfers are not available across events, i.e. cannot be used towards credit for another PMI® event. Registrants must cancel their registration if connected with PMI® Global Conference or EMEA Congress and register separately if their session is a combined registration for both events.  
  • Seminar substitutions are not transferable from other PMI events: SeminarsWorld sessions purchased as a combination registration for PMI® Global Conference or PMI® EMEA Congress are non-transferable to other SeminarsWorld locations. Attendees must cancel their registration and register for the individual SeminarsWorld location.
