2018 Call for Proposals

Interested in Being a SeminarsWorld® Instructor?

PMI invites you to participate in our 2018 Call for Proposals for SeminarsWorld.

PMI will be evaluating proposals for new courses for 2018!  SeminarsWorld courses are uniquely designed to enable practitioners an opportunity to take a deep dive into a PPM topic in order to 1) solve a current challenge or 2) prepare them for future opportunities. All proposed courses must align with one or more of the PMI Talent TriangleTM area(s) and involve adult learning theory coupled with real life application/cases studies. Seminar proposals must incorporate elements of learner interactions and engagement, such as facilitated discussion, modeling or practicing concepts. Courses may be 1, 2, 3 or 4 days long.

Instructors must be able to commit to a schedule at up to 15 months in advance of scheduled sessions, be willing to travel to facilitate seminars in locations deemed by PMI throughout the year. SeminarsWorld courses are generally offered more than once in a calendar year. This is a paid opportunity and SeminarsWorld instructors are required to sign and abide by the terms of a contract.

Interested individuals may submit a proposal through PMI's online Call for Proposals tool. The selection process is highly competitive and all proposals undergo a peer review. Final decisions are made by PMI staff.  Samples of course materials, outlines and learner objectives are required with the submission. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
