Seminar Description

Topics: Leadership Development, Strategic Application and Governance, Strategic Planning and Implementation

Sub-Topics: Benefits Realization

Strategic initiatives are one of the newest tools in the strategic management toolkit. Organizations of all sizes and in all sectors use them to achieve stretch goals, transform organizations, and gain stakeholder commitment. Strategic initiatives are bold endeavors with large organizational scale and scope; thus, they are programs and not “strategic projects.”

The primary objective is to provide proven leadership practices, skills, and insights specific to strategic initiative programs. Participants will exit the seminar with tools, perspective, and confidence to make instant, positive contributions to their organization.
