Any organization registering a group of at least 3 individuals to a specific SeminarsWorld® location is eligible to send one additional registrant to a seminar at the same location at no cost.Group discounts apply to the same SeminarsWorld session and location at the same pricing. The maximum number that any organization can receive is three complimentary registrations (one for every 3 registrants up to 9). This offer does not include travel or hotel expenses. Groups can be registered online and will indicate group registration and the option to “Register Another” via their registration dashboard.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY | Deadline: 30 days before the first day of the event
All cancellation requests must be received in writing and emailed to pmisw@experient-inc.com.
Please note: PMI Membership Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Once your registration is processed, we will update your membership purchase to your account; however, please allow approximately 10 days for your membership to be applied to your account.
PMI will make every effort to notify SeminarsWorld registrants within 30 days of the start of the program regarding cancellations due to insufficient enrollment. PMI will either enroll participant in a different SeminarsWorld program or provide a full refund. All refund requests must be received in writing and emailed to pmisw@experient-inc.com.
If PMI cancels a seminar for any reason, PMI assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets or other travel costs. PMI will make every effort to immediately notify registrants of a cancellation. PMI reserves the right to cancel any seminar that has insufficient enrollment.

It is recommended that Visa applications must be sent to the appropriate Embassy at least 6 weeks from the start date of the event.
NO REFUND | Any refund requests will need to be requested 30 days before the first day of the event. Requests received 29 days or less before the first day of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of the event. NOTE: A refund will be returned in the original purchase format. If paying with a credit card, a refund will take an additional 10 business to post to your account. There are no transfers from one location to another or across calendar years, or other PMI events.
